Stephen D. Purr FCIS

Stephen Purr qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1982 and was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 1984.

Stephen has worked in the accountancy profession as a senior manager and in commerce as a financial director and company secretary.

Stephen's aim is to provide a cost effective outsourcing service for companies and company secretaries who require company secretarial support in the ever increasingly complex world of the PLC and Limited Company.

In addition, Stephen provides services to sole traders, partnerships and SME's covering the preparation of management and statutory accounts and the completion and submission of personal and corporate tax returns.

In 1990 Stephen set up his own practice offering company secretarial administration, accounting and taxation services and now has a wide range of individual, partnership and corporate clients throughout the UK.
